So you're saying you pick your CMS/Blogging Platforms because they ship with
legal mumbo-jumbo?

I don't think anyone actually gives a damn about COPPA, I have it enabled,
yet my forums are filled with < 13 people. Well, not filled, but seeing as I
haven't received a single COPPA form...
