[wp-hackers] Email system revamp

There are an aweful lot of sites using a totally different plugin, or older
version.

I have just taken a look at the current version, and I do think at least
that functionality should be included in the core.

It would be much better if it also was linked to the blog membership system.


Another aspect of this is legal documentation on blogs. Privacy, COPPA etc

I would be a major selling point if Wordpress as standard came with a set of
legal documents which would cover most blogging situations.
