[wp-hackers] PhoneBlogz - WordPress plugin

I've modified the plugin and made it a little less "beta".  This plugin lets
you post an audio file via phone straight to your Wordpress blog using the
PhoneBlogz system.

When you leave a message at PhoneBlogz, the system notifies your Wordpress
blog by calling a single page.  Your system then polls Phoneblogz for new
messages and posts them when found.  Hopefully this is a good start at
avoiding the security issues previously mentioned.
