Granted, the lack of mod_rewrite in the windows world does a nice job of
marginilizing that thought when not in a *AMP world.  Well, without adding "
index.php" into the permalink structure.

Sure, there are some interesting work-arounds.  But for "joe user" they're
not all that approachable.
