That was a typo that was fixed. The release is not undocumented, it is 
being documented and priorities are being dealt with.

I can continue responding to your emails saying "why isn't the 
announcement written?" or I can finish writing the announcement. Your 
pick. In the future when you're impatient or confused feel free to send 
an email directly instead of cluttering up the public lists once again. 
There are more appropiate and less annoying fora for trivial questions 
of "procedure."
