There are still improvements to be made. Ignoring indices which I know
little to nothing about, I still managed [1] to pick out a few
improvements to the fetch posts query. It's real low-lying fruit here:
simply removing a couple of words is enough for these fixes. The
current SQL is bordering on nonsensical.
