[wp-hackers] When to send bugs to wp-hackers

Every few weeks or so there seems to be a flare-up of bugs posted on
wp-hackers, followed by the requisite series of messages telling people not
to post bugs on the list. Could He Or She Who Controls The List Sig File add
a line like "All bugs should be reported to http://trac.wordpress.org -- not
this list"?
