[wp-forums] E-mail notifications of threads not being delivered?

That's fine for threads you've already replied to, but for new threads, the
notifications are nice.
If someone has an issue with one of my themes, and uses the right forum
support method, it's automatically tagged with the theme name. I've added
these as notifications, but still do not get them.
