[wp-forums] Closing down threads regarding old versions of WP

I see 2 different things when I look at the time frame for closing topics:
1) the usual one, unresolved topic that should be closed after a year
because of all the changes in WP.
2) an inactiv topic for more then a period of time(without deep thoughts I
can say that even 1 month old inactiv topic are useless...)

After 1 month of 0 activity lots can happen + the user may not replicate
the initial issue/set up, I see lots of reasons to make them start new
topics.

I didn't thought how hard will this be to implement (and other periods of
time might be better) but I see no reason insted of stats in having old
posts open for long periods of time. There are too many updates, changes to
WP to plugins to themes and I see a lot of reasons for the user to be
encouraged to update and start a new topic.
