[wp-forums] Mod watching 2 users

I've placed 2 users on moderation watch and those that can will see why 
if you visit this link.

This user in particular seems to have a misunderstanding about how the 
forums work in general as indicated by this topic.

I've replied but I am now walking away from that topic and user. Being 
told that I "sorta bit yourself in the ass protecting this moron." 
really doesn't do much for me. ;)
