[wp-forums] profanity on the forums

ALL CAPS happens more often than swearing, actually.
I'm inclined to let "Jesus fucking Christ I cannot figure this code
out!" go, though I may suggest decaf or a nap. On the other hand,
"You're a fucking bastard, Otto." will earn you a timeout. It may be
true, but there's a difference of intent, which is pretty evident if you
think about it :) Sometimes people just need to be told to calm down,
and other times they need adult supervision.
Also I'm far more lax about swearing than other mods, so I know someone
used to modlook every time there was a 'damnit!' posted, and I'd just
de-tag and move on.
