[wp-forums] Reviews vs. Support

Perhaps, but it definitely doesn't help if we have people (not just
mods) looking through the reviews and derailing these conversations
with statements saying that this should have been a support request
and not a review.

We have too much of this sort of thing on the forums as-is. Same thing
about telling people to start their own thread. Yes, they should start
their own thread, but if you can give them their answer in one
sentence, then do so right there instead of filling every version of
this with the "please start a new thread" copy-pasta response.

I just don't want every single review to start containing somebody
telling them that this isn't a good review. That doesn't help anybody,
it gives a bad impression to people who already have problems that
they're trying to solve, and it makes the support job of the
plugin/theme authors that much more difficult.
