[wp-forums] What's the best way to "ask for backup"

Thanks all.

Perhaps this could be a future discussion on make/support. The new threads
there about how to onboard more folks to volunteer made me think about
this--thinking that I'm less likely to try to answer a post knowing that
the OP may be stuck with a hanging thread ending with a volunteer telling
them that they don't know. In searching around for similar problems for
this OP, the first couple of results were hanging threads too.

Anyhow, continue on everyone. Thanks again.
