[wp-forums] concatenate_scripts fix

It's not problematic, but I held off putting it there because I was
hoping Google would fix the problem with PageSpeed.
It's not the -best- thing to do.
I think it's okay to put in the list, with the caveat that if you rolled
your own PageSpeed, you should tell it to ignore the /wp-admin/ folder
instead, because Google's an idiot.
