I was wondering that myself but I've held off adding that to the master
list. I think we want users to confirm that they're seeing actual
Javascript issues before making that recommendation of adding to
wp-config.php like that.

That said, I am sure there are topics that I've went straight to that
option...

If you or someone wants to put in that verbiage with the usual safety
precautions then I don't think it'd be a problem.
