http://directory.codepoet.com is fine. It's an Automattic site/company. 
I sometimes point people towards it for larger projects (and hope to get 
on the directory myself when they open it up again).

Not sure about wpcandy myself. It's not a place I would refer people to 
on the forums.

Don't you have finals to work for or something?
