[wp-forums] Deleting links in WPorg forums

Hi. I understand that there are user requests about editing/removing
previous posts in our forums. In this case
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/edit-old-wp-forum-post?replies=1 user's
posted URL  at
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/handmade-silver-cufflinks-site-blog-integration?replies=1is
no longer a WP blog at all.

If one removes the URL in that post, then the user's post would become
useless.
If one doesn't remove the URL in that post, then you have a link to a
non-WP site.

Curiously seeking the best way,
