[wp-forums] Plugin author withholding working version in exchange for donations

It's not a very nice thing to do, but she's also under no obligation to
provide support, free or otherwise AFAIK. The nature of the beast.

I think your reply was the best route to take, but maybe something should
be added in the context of plugin authors soliciting payment.
