[wp-forums] WORG account problem

We've got a user who has lost access to an older WPORG account. 
Normally, that wouldn't be an issue - just start a new account and let 
the old one lapse. But this user says he has some themes in the Repo.

He can't contact someone via his old email address as that was connected 
to an old domain that he no longer has. So how can we validate his 
identity?.
