[wp-forums] 3.4 media uploads issue?

With a new test empty install and no upload directory, I was able to upload
on my non-multisite install just fine.

The wp-content/upload directory was created and populated with original
JPEG as well as the re-sized versions. Added it to my post, published and
was good. The 2012/06 sub-directory was created as well.

I picked a good photo too. ;)
