[wp-forums] 3.4 media uploads issue?

Did you fill in the media uploads folder location beforehand? ;)

Just trying to be as exact as they said they were. One person is taking a
bit of a fit... didn't have anything nice to say about the wp forums even
tho she hasn't posted there....
