[wp-forums] Why is akismet not stopping more spam?

We seem to have a lot of spam lately. Stuff like

Is going straight through to the boards, and the users are not being 
auto-flagged like they used to.

Why isn't akismet picking up on this stuff? Can it be tweaked a little 
to be more aggressive with multi-link posts?  We may also need to adjust 
the forum rate limit, as some of these accounts seem to be posting an 
awful lot quite quickly.
