[wp-forums] MultiSite and 3.2 - Network Admin Issues

We have a handful of users all having their Network Admin vanish on CLEAN installs.  Just enough people for me to think something's gone weird.

I'm a bit stumped on this one now.  I ran a fresh install locally and it was fine.  Did it on my server, and it was fine.  I'm sure I'm missing something, but if you have any ideas, please jump in, I could use the help :)
