[wp-forums] Who is Gisha James?

I've been hearing a lot about Gisha James lately, both via email from concerned forum users, and now in this thread:

This Gisha James likes to find threads that are easy to resolve, track down the OP's email address, and offer to fix the problem for a fee.  In the case of the thread that I linked to, she even tracked down the poster's Facebook account.

Yes, I know we can't do anything about it, but going to these lengths to essentially spam your services is highly unethical.

I was wondering if any of you had any clue as to who this person is.
