I poked around on that designerz-crew.info site and this was at the bottom: "You get everyday new premium Wordpress/Site templates from Themeforest. Newest files from Graphicriver and Codecanyon! Addition you get everyday new files from Tuts+ sites with sources like .PSD, .AI and etc. We releasing every month about 300 items from Envato sites!" so they're grabbing from whomever they can. Bottom line is folks who download from this site known darn well what they're getting into.
Let the OP turn up at Theme Forest with his problem and see what kind of reception he gets. :P

I've run into it before, and generally I tell them if it's a paid-for theme then they need to go to whomever they paid. I do the same for Genesis and Hybrid, though. I mean, those are pay-support themes, and I'd like to see the devs getting by.
If you stole a theme, we shouldn't help you. If you BOUGHT a theme, you should talk to the people you bought it from. If you bought a theme from a third party and just got screwed...
