[wp-forums] Theme Licensing and Support

Don't know if this has been discussed before but the following thread
has me wondering about something.

I'm not sure under what license themes at Theme Forest are released. A
hypothetical situation for discussion: someone comes to the forum
asking for help with a non-GPL'd theme which was acquired from a
source other than the original. Should we be helping in such cases?
