[wp-forums] Accounts registering just to post personal links

My web partner runs the largest internet forum running on SMF software. He's always having to "lock" threads, so that concept is nothing new to me. But if you aren't thinking along those lines necessarily, it might not occur to you.  :)  I don't like to see things deleted or destroyed.  Sometimes it's nice to be able to browse archives. :)
