[wp-forums] Accounts registering just to post personal links

I know we've had similar discussions before relating to personal links.

However what i want to bring up today is the existance of accounts that 
are being registered, posting personal links in the "Your WordPress" 
forum, and having no further activity.

My thinking was along these lines. The forums are provided to support 
users, if they come to the forum, seek support, they are then entitled 
to promote their blog/site appropriately in the "Your WordPress" forum. 
If they register, post a link, and do nothing else then they are there 
simply for the linkage/google-juice.

Is there any objection to bozo'ing these users and removing their threads?

P.S. If we've discussed this specifically before, could someone dig up 
the original discussion so i can avoid repeating a topic that's been 
covered already. I had a quick look and couldn't find anything for this 
specifically (i might have missed something). Again if we've covered 
this before, just refresh my memory please.
