[wp-forums] Advertising services

I find these reports somewhat helpful as I don't actually live at the
forums and it makes for quicker dealing with problems
What I find problematic is the jerk who put "modlook" tags on 60+ posts
that were legit just to have mods have to deal with it.
So is there any way to find out who is doing this?
