[wp-forums] Sort methodology for Recent Activity

High-falutin subject, eh?

It would be useful (for me at the very leastest) if topics under Recent 
Activity would sort based on most recent reply *that is not from me*.

It used to, some time back, sort on most recent reply (period), which 
was adequate, but having topics go to the top only when someone else has 
replied to a thread I'm involved in would help in dealing with ongoing 
issues. This is, of course, only if Recent Activity can be queried in 
such a way.

Thoughts?
