[wp-forums] Beta Forum description

Kaf, my apologies, and my intention was not to confuse visitors, or either
of us. I'm changing the title of the beta forum now, and we can sort out
the rest of the issues later.

I really shouldn't try to do 4 things at once, especially when others are
involved.

Again, accept my apologies for skimming through an email

Now reads "Alpha/Beta <http://wordpress.org/support/forum/12> — Discussion
of development versions only"

Michael
