I hear what you are saying, Michael. The truth about the lists and getting
help here is that it doesn't benefit those we try to "train" to use the
Codex and the forums.

The Codex is full of information that is often hard to find and even harder
to understand. The forums hold their own I think, but the more advanced
stuff is a challenge. The coders want to do the glam jobs like plugins and
bug fixes and the like. Support is not sexy, so it doesn't get the attention
it deserves.
