Ian D's recent thread about a current Upgrade to 2.0 FAQ made me think about
the struggles I've faced in answering questions on the Forum.

Essentially, "What is the best answer to the question?"

To that end, I've taken the questions Ian asked (and Kaf, and Podz enhanced)
and put them into an article in Codex:

The idea with this article is NOT necessarily to educate our customers, but
rather, to provide Forum Volunteers with a resource detailing some of the
'hot button' questions being asked on the Forums.  More importantly, it can
serve as a source of accurate, detailed answers,  to questions asked again,
and again, on the Forums.

Please add, change, and delete, any information as appropriate.

For each question/answer there's a Forum Pasteable answer.  If  any answers
are changed or added, I'll redo the Forum Pasteable sections.
