[wp-forums] Bad tagging

"and" - honestly, does any one else think that maybe the forum should 
have a filter to prevent tags like this? Also, how does one do multiple 
word tags? Does quotes help? I haven't tried this, but I'm thinking that 
one of the tags that was on this post should be "not working" not "not" 
and "working" - but it might be just me.
