[wp-forums] Sigs

There are forums that administratively allow or disallow signatures, as
well as on a user basis in preferences -- you can decide for yourself if
you want to see signatures.

Wouldn't that be a good solution? Those that want 'em can see 'em, those
that don't, well... don't.
