could someone with that authority be ready to delete and/or block him as necessary?

And my apologies for being so "missing" lately - I have had not only an 
"overmuch" of clients with problems since the first of the year, but am trying 
to take some classes too, and doing homework for the first time in 45 years is - 
um - well, suffice to say that it might not be a problem if I weren't knee-deep 
or more in clients with problems!
