[wp-forums] Suggestion for wp.com questions, and one other thing

I agree with Podz, and to an extent Melanie...

I'll admit straight away, I get annoyed when people don't search and I
end up answering the same question twice or linking to my other answer.

bbPress is an interesting piece of software, and I think, for the WP
environment it does need some modifications. We do also need some more
forums that have their purpose clearly marked.
