[wp-forums] Private messages

If I had the time I'd look over the bbPress source and see what would
be needed for this. But I don't, so...

It sure would be nice if we could delete multiple posts or bumps or
whatnot, then send a private message or notification (call it what
you will) on the forums to the individual member about what happened
and the reasons for it. You know, rather than having to add yet one
more reply to an increasing topic thread, bumping it again, etc.

P.S. I'm not on the bbDev list. Oh, for the time to monitor yet one
