[wp-forums] another question about codex linking

Is it me, or does [[Blog_Design_and_Layout#Themes_and_Templates]] not work,
but [[Blog_Design_and_Layout]] will?

Just seems the anchor  breaks the shortcut.

Hope it's just me.
