and comment out anything that says wptexturize (you comment by adding //
infront of the line.

Save and upload, and that should fix it, you dont need any of these
TextControl programs or anything, all this is going to do is get rid of
the curly (special) quote marks... and make them standard straight quote's "

I don't know that much code but I know a spammer when I see one :)
