[wp-forums] After alpha ..

Sounds reasonable. The forum could exist until it is released as stable. 
At which point it could be flushed and tucked away for the next release, 
or it can be simply locked to prevent people from posting in there when 
it should be in the main forums.

And since it looks like V has just second the motion, I'll third.
