Re: hard(er) line

Maybe I am wrong but it seems to me there is an increasing number of
users lacking the very basic html and css skills - so we have more and
more questions regarding HTML and CSS 101. Although they might be easy
to answer most of the time, do we really need to provide "basic html"
courses in the forum? I tend do send them to the w3schools... Should
there be some agreement about this?
Where is the line between WP specific CSS and basic CSS-knowledge?
