Yes. Ideally, I think we should have a max of 1 codex sticky per forum, 
and one announcement sticky. There are 3 though in the 'How To' section 
- I'll see what I can do about the docs one.

I would still like a global super-sticky for announcements of urgency 
... but they would be used very very sparingly.

Also - every single sticky is always up for editing. If you think 
something should be put in / taken out / reworded, then just say what 
you think it should be and it will be changed. While long-time forum 
users won't notice, they are there for new people so all improvements 
are very welcome.)
