podz, I'm not sure:

answering questions on this forum."

is inconsistent with what you laid out in the forum thread, in that
you seem to be expanding upon it. For me, Vicky's points summarize
its purpose:

- A list for people who spend a fair amount of time on the support
forum to help EACH OTHER with potential or real issues.

- A place to drop suggestions for forum software implementations
that would make the board itself easier to use

- A list where we could try to settle our own "tempers" as it were
when people make it difficult to be nice.

When the list was brought to my attention, I immediately took it
to represent a sort of 'hidden' forum many boards have for admins
and moderators. Only in this case, it's out in the open.
