If there's a better page that details how to do 
"Making_Your_Blog_Appear_in_a_Non-Root_Folder" then maybe this should 
either link to or redirect to that page, as the title of this one is 
fairly descriptive, it'd be a shame for it to just be a deprecated topic 
marker.
