[wp-docs] Default connection info now in templates

I thought we'd put a protect on that page. Hmmm. None found.

I recommend we put an administrator block on the page, what do you all
think?

And while we are at it, should I start a thread listing the pages that need
to have a protect put on them that are 1) frequent victims and targets or 2)
locked to the WordPress Administration Panels?
