[wp-docs] New Page: WPMU's VHOST Constant

Thanks for the warm welcome and feedback Mr Mist. :)
I'll wait to hear back from the hackers. If they say this is the best
method, I'll push the page into the wild with a copyedit marker. I don't
want to go naively publishing a "no-no"!
