[wp-docs] Native Names for Languages

Now, don't everyone race, but on the Polygots mailing list, someone 
offered this link http://people.w3.org/rishida/names/languages.html to 
the native language names for languages. WOW.

This is the thing that we need to get the native language spellings into 
WordPress in Your Language and any list on the Forum.

http://developers.mimer.com/features/unicode/tailorings.htm has the 
unicode codes to create the letters in the source code of the page. So 
that might help with some of the languages which don't register the 
letter characters on the Codex and Forum. Chinese, Japanese, and other 
character codes are going to be a challenge.
