[wp-docs] PDF Codex Files

I wanted to make clear, my opinion about the pdf files doesn't not 
negate their value. I think they are a great addition. I also think the 
print.css file can really help with those who don't have time to wait 
for downloads or who don't want or have Adobe Reader installed. Options, 
I like the options.

My point is how to make these of value on the Codex. I think the options 
is great and having them consistently highlighted in some way would 
really help increase their value and access. How?
