[wp-docs] PDF Codex Files

We need to discuss how and if we should include a box or obvious link 
reference to the PDF files as an alternative, or just provide a link to 
Podz' page with all of the files from the main table of contents. I 
think the PDF files should be stored on the Codex, to save bandwidth 
issues in the future if they gain popularity, also to help other 
volunteers contribute to their updating, and it would help to have some 
kind of obvious link to the document.

Now, I firmly believe that if someone wants to view a specific Codex 
article offline or in print form, saving it to their computer and/or 
having a really good print.css will replace the need for the PDF files. 
So I'm not clear on how and who will be maintaining these as some of the 
pages are constantly updated such as Themes and Plugins. Is there a team 
working on keeping these updated yet? That's a LOT of work and we need 
to share the load when we start releasing a lot of new documents for 1.6 
and having another clean up week.

Most importantly, if they are to be included, we need to highlight them 
and we need to talk about how.
